The M. Kameron Hawkins Foundation, Inc., Non-profit was founded by M. Kameron Hawkins with a vision of strengthening the connection between Nevada’s communities, people, culture and extraordinary landscapes.
At the heart of the Foundation is a simple belief: every community has a story worth telling, every county has something worth discovering, and every part of Nevada has a role in the state’s future.
Through its initiatives, the Foundation works to promote Nevada, encourage tourism, celebrate local communities and create opportunities for people to connect with the places they call home.
Celebrating Nevada, County by County
Nevada is more than its major cities and well-known destinations. Its character can be found in the communities, businesses, events, landscapes and people throughout the state.
The Foundation created the 17 Nevada Lifestyle County Magazines to give each Nevada county a dedicated platform to tell its story.
Each publication highlights local businesses, outdoor points of interest, hidden gems, community leaders, events, arts, culture and the experiences that make each county unique.
Together, the 17 magazines create a broader picture of Nevada while encouraging residents and visitors alike to discover more of the state.
Nevada Outdoors Magazine
The Foundation’s vision also extends to the great outdoors.
Nevada Outdoors Magazine celebrates the state’s remarkable landscapes, outdoor recreation, destinations and communities. The publication encourages readers to look beyond the familiar and experience the diverse beauty found throughout Nevada.
The 2026 Nevada Outdoors Magazine provides a statewide perspective encompassing all 17 Nevada counties.

Connecting Communities Through Nevada.events
The Foundation also recognizes the importance of events in bringing communities together.
Nevada.events was developed as a free platform where event promoters, businesses and community organizations can share events happening throughout Nevada.
From farmers markets and festivals to concerts, charity events, fairs and community celebrations, Nevada.events helps make it easier for people to discover what’s happening and get involved.

M. Kameron Hawkins founded the M. Kameron Hawkins Foundation, Inc., Non-profit with a vision of helping Nevada’s communities become more connected, recognized and celebrated.
His vision is rooted in the belief that Nevada’s strength extends far beyond its most recognizable destinations. From rural communities to growing cities, each county contributes something unique to the identity and future of the Silver State.
Through the Foundation’s initiatives, Hawkins has focused on creating platforms that promote local businesses, showcase communities, encourage tourism and make it easier for people to discover what Nevada has to offer.
The 17 Nevada Lifestyle County Magazines, Nevada Outdoors Magazine, and Nevada.events each serve a different purpose, but share a common goal: connecting people with Nevada and with one another.
Together with Mrs. Hawkins, he continues to build on that vision with the belief that a stronger Nevada begins with communities that are seen, heard and celebrated.
